As I write this blog, I am aware that I constantly change my reason for writing. More and more I want to pass on information to my children and grandchildren and remind them — and me — of the significance of various events in our lives. For those who do not know us, son number one is Al, who lives with his wife Gody and four sons in Manassas VA. Kate is daughter number one. She and Ron live quite close, with their three boys and one girl. Daughter number two is Liz, who lives with Jeff and their three girls and two boys about an hour from us. Son number two is Andrew. He lives with his wife Marcie and three daughters and three sons in Rockville MD. Lucy rounds out the group with her husband Peter, two daughters and two sons. They also live pretty close.
